Case study · 02ExpoVix

ExpoVix. Exhibition operations — floor plans, booth booking and workflow — collapsed into one platform.

What we were asked to solve

Exhibition organisers were running six-figure events on email threads, PDFs and hand-updated floor-plan PNGs.

Bookings collided. Invoices lagged. On-site changes never made it back to the master plan.

The brief was one system for the whole event lifecycle — from plan to booth to invoice — usable by non-technical staff.

How we framed the work

Fig. 04 — System

What we built

  • 01A vector floor-plan engine — pan, zoom, select — driving the entire booking flow.
  • 02Booking, invoicing and status wired to the same booth entity, updated live for every operator.
  • 03Role-based access so sales, ops and finance see the same event through their own lens.
  • 04An audit trail that answers 'who changed this, when' without a support call.
