What we were asked to solve

Marketplace sellers were reconciling profitability across four disconnected surfaces — seller portals, ad platforms, spreadsheets and accounting exports.

Numbers disagreed. Decisions lagged by weeks. Growth was invisible until it had already stalled.

The brief was not another dashboard. It was a single, trusted operating view that a small team could run the business from on a Monday morning.

  • 02A tenant-scoped permissions layer so agencies can operate multiple brands from one login without leakage.
  • 03A dashboard vocabulary — net profit, contribution margin, blended ROAS — defined once, reused everywhere.
  • 04Alerting that surfaces movement worth reacting to, not noise.
